Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage all front desk operations like Monitoring of EPBAX, Allocation of calls, Allocation of Couriers, Maintaining of Calls Register, Preparation of database of Clients Contacts, Keeping record of all incoming & outgoing correspondences.
- Able to handle incoming and outgoing calls, passing messages from external and internal staff.
- Receive guest courteously, direct them to proper person.
- Providing assistance in general admin activities in co-ordination with HRD.
Requirements:
- Should be Graduate, Smart, Soft Spoken having 1- 2 years experience as Front Office Executive/Receptionist with good communication skills and proficient in using Ms Office.
